Today we went to Carlisle Reservation. Again, it is part of the Lorain County Metroparks. Carlisle Reservation has a duck pond, an equestrian center, an outdoor playground and an indoor playspace. It is located at 12882 Diagonal Rd. in LaGrange, Ohio. On Saturdays and Sundays, kids can ride the Little Green Choo, and there is a fall festival at Halloween, when the Little Green Choo goes through a Halloween-themed trail that is not too scary.
The indoor playspace has a ramp, an upper level with
climbing toys; a slide; under ground tunnels with lit windows
with things inside of them; drawers of toys; caged turtles and
snakes; and an "upstairs" that they can climb up to.
Kaylee and Lindsey Rating: 5/5--the kids like playing in here and it was too hot to be outside today. Once kids are past about age 5, it would probably not be that much fun though.
